Meet Marin


Through her journey, it became apparent that while Marin had become masterful in effort and discipline, it was the art of surrender and slowing down that she had not yet learned how to embody. So Marin ventured into training for Yin, Yoga Nidra, Myofascial Yoga, Yoga Life Coaching, Sound Healing, and Numa Somatics (breathwork, body work, altered states of consciousness, etc.). It has become her mission to normalize mental health struggles, inspire others with guidance focused on how to be vulnerable and open, and utilize the power of growing and healing together.
